NCSS October Member Appreciation Tailgate Meeting

(Pizza, doughnuts, coffee, cider and and prizes will be provided)

(Registration is mandatory to ensure adequate food and supplies.  Go to the event calendar on the website to register).

When:   Wednesday October 21^st, 2020

Time:     Come at 4:30 PM to socialize with friends and participate in the fun.  A brief meeting will begin at 6:00 PM.

Dress:  Come prepared for brisk fall weather. 

Where:  Cleveland Metroparks West Creek Reservation

                Keystone Reserved Picnic Area (First parking lot on your right)

• ·       -First parking lot on your right
• ·       -Bring a chair and your face mask
• ·       -Sit on the cement patio or the grass near the pavilion
• ·       -Small groups of less than 10 people can form to allow for social distancing of 6 feet.

Meeting format may need to be modified based on number of members attending and other unknowns.

NCSS members who come to the General Membership meeting recognize that they may be engaging/participating in an activity that increase the chances that they could be exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus.  NCSS members bear sole responsibility for the decision to come to the meeting and understand that it is their individual responsibility to maintain social distance from others.   Anyone not feeling well should NOT come to the meeting.
